Drama and Politics
Drama and politics go together like peanut butter and jelly, Sonny and Cher and glory holes and Tom Cruise, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. HBO is about to take on some seriousness with their film surround John McCain and Sarah Palin. There has been controversary surrounding the new movie Game Change starring Julianne Moore since it was first announced, after seeing the trailer we know why. Julianne Moore from the trailer nails Sarah Palin like a 14 year old hispanic girl in the cab of a pickup truck and Woody Harrelson as McCain’s strategist Steve Schmidt is working it like a Kardashin down the aisle with the promise of a paycheck. Ed Harris sends shockwaves with very little in the trailer but just as powerful. The accent, the look and mannerisms, Moore wins hands down so don’t be too disappointed that Tina Fey didn’t get the lead role. Watch the trailer and try to think of something bad to say about the performance. If you can then you’re a conservation ahole who should probably conjure your own opinion instead of regurgitating what others tell you what to say. Oh look at me I’m aking like a crazy person! It’s television everything is embellished but take a look and be prepared to amazed. Sidenote: I have no doubt that Sarah Palin was tricked and lied to at certain points during that campaign and coached badly.
